Leading Tapestry’s digital innovation and experience design team for iconic fashion brands Coach, Kate Spade & Stuart Weitzman. Since taking the helm at Tapestry’s UX department, I’ve managed an international team of on-shore and off-shore designers from intern to Director within all brands. Within my first year I oversaw and designed a complete experience re-launch while migrating to a new design system. Building from the new platform, we successfully launched hundreds of new experiences that have generated over $500MM in national sales alone.

Managed a team of multi-displanary designers within the Best in Class Department of Wayfairs famous Product Design team. Responsible for transforming the way users shop, purchase and find inspiration for their home. Conducted and managed over 200 hours of user research to quickly test and learn while deploying successful initiatives each design sprint. Helped the user bring a digital product into their physical space through new experiences such as virtual reality, 3D images, more inspirational product detail pages, and smarter recommendations, the Best in Class team was a key part of Wayfairs international success during COVID-19.

Manage a talented team of UX designers changing the digital presence for Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuyBaby. Architected and launched omni-always programs such as Buy Online, Pick Up in Store (BOPIS), Same Day Delivery, Ship or Swap and Group Gifting in record time. Since joining, online sales have increased exponentially while our NPS scores have increased across the board due to new, customer first experiences. Manage the experience across platforms, including both concepts iOS and Android apps, websites, and omni-always marketing. Helped integrate customer journey maps into the digital process while helping launch a new CX team to help define the future of Bed Bath & Beyonds digital roadmap.

Managed the design process start to finish while working closely with Account Teams and Creative Director in order to produce a unique product that exceeded previous client results. Smithsonian Air and Space Museum
Graphic Designer

Composed several projects within the Smithsonian including the design of standing panels on WWII Aviation for the Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Dulles, VA.
Conceptualized and designed posters, banners, brochures, postcards, and a floor plan for an exhibit called “In Plane View/Abstractions of Flight” at the National Air and Space Museum.
Actively participated in client presentations, organized and helped find sponsorship for the project. Exhibit is to open March 08, and set for national tour.
