Thermo Fisher Scientific needed a way increase their market share within allergy and autoimmunity testing — while breaking into underserved or never before touched segments.
After a thorough analysis of the brand, market, and possible buyer types, we identified the missing gap in patient care — patient education on their options. Over a hundred of hours had been put into analyzing and creating patient, health care provider and laboratory personas, journey mapping and content mapping. And a hundred more into wireframing, prototyping and designing a truly dynamic, multi dimensional digital experience.

Where to find me
Raised in a Portuguese and Irish household in Monmouth County, I've learned the value of being close to family. Which is why I relocated back to New Jersey from Norfolk, VA in 2016. Needless to say, I’ve never been happier!
